Baptism
Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit (vitae spritualis ianua), and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: “Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water and in the word.”

Because of the important community nature of the celebration of Baptism in the church, interested parties are expected to make advanced arrangements with the pastor to allow for appropriate preparation programs to be completed. At least two months notice is required for Baptism.

BAPTISM IN ENGLISH:
English Baptisms are held every second Sunday of the month after the 9:15am mass and before the 11:30am mass.

Formation for both parents and godparents will be completed online and you will be given further details via email.
Godparents must be Catholic and must fill out a Godparent eligibility form before the date of baptism.
